Do you offer international shipping?

Are your tea products organic or Kosher certified?

What is your return policy for tea and teaware?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days. Note that for food safety reasons, opened tea cannot be returned.
How do I know the caffeine content of a specific tea?
Caffeine levels vary by tea type. Generally, black and matcha teas have the highest levels, green and white teas have less, and our herbal infusions are naturally caffeine-free.
